As a small business, and given the current environment, regretfully I do not provide returns or exchanges at this time (other than for damages or defects, please see below). However, there are always exceptions to this rule so please contact me if you are unhappy and I will do my best to offer you a solution. In cases where an exception has been made, I will provide specific information on how to complete the return/exchange process. Note that the customer is responsible for return shipping.
If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact me right away! Customers have 14 days from the date or receiptto request an exchange due to damage or defect by emailing me at info@bloombelles.ca or by clicking here. I will cover the return shipping to make the process as painless and seamless as possible. Any claims beyond the 14 days will not supported, however, I would still encourage you to reach out to me to see if there is anything that can be done. As a new, small business owner, I depend on word of mouth. Which is why I will do what I can to make sure my customers are happy with my items and the purchasing experience as a whole.
